Gossec’s Gavotte, from Suzuki Book 2. I started learning this piece on April 11, 2019, and have practiced it approximately 95 times. This is my current working piece, but since breaking for summer, I have not been practicing it as much as I should. In the past 2 weeks, I’ve only plaid it a couple of times. ::shame::
This particular performance is rough. There are a couple of sections which I am still generally struggling with ::cough::bar 20::cough::, but I typically get through the rest okay. Not so today! Even my favourite bits (bar 15 & 23) aren’t so favourite here.
